You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Tybee Library, and the YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several more popular restaurants. The ground level includes a 2 car garage, entry foyer, a ground-level patio, and a walking exit to the beach. This three-story townhome features a residential private elevator for guest use. The main foyer stairway leads to the 2nd floor which is the main level of the townhome. Upstairs, guests are welcomed to a beautiful open floor plan with tile floors and direct Ocean Views. Watch the sunrise from the living area which includes a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and furnished balcony with stunning views of the seashore. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. This level also has a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall. On the top floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bath. This room features private access to a covered balcony with patio seating and stunning ocean views. The third-floor guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and an attached full guest bathroom. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The ground-level attached garage has parking space for 2 standard size vehicles. A third parking space that can accommodate an oversized vehicle is located in the gated parking area adjacent to the townhomes. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. We have a younger dog now but love the location, Tybee, Savannah and the proximity of all the great food and shopping. The elevator was great tho, packing our stuff up to our respective floors was much easier. Beds were comfy, kitchen had been totally updated and was beautiful and functional. Really enjoyed the extremely close beach access, our pup enjoyed walks at the large open area across the street by the Y, Library, and City Hall. Great stay, thank you! ##### Diana R. However, our party was all adults and one of the beds is not suitable to sleep on. Very old and loud mattress and box spring(queen)There are codes to get in the gate, the front door and the pool. All the codes are different so it’s a little tricky trying to remember them all. Having the bar and restaurant next door was great. Owners don’t provide a hose to rinse off the sand. The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived which would have been helpful for unloading. It did get fixed the next day. AC works great. Sofa needs to be replaced, it’s very old. The washer and dryer are very tiny and loud. Home just needs some updates😊 ##### Dana L. Beds in the two guest rooms uncomfortable and noisy. Couch uncomfortable. The white tile floor was covered in thick dust and dog hair when we arrived, appeared to not have been vacuumed in long time and definitely not since last guest. A plate with vaping supplies including marijuana was found on the TV stand. There was a leak in the guest bathroom on 3rd floor. Rental office was called and maintenance did respond promptly. Rental agency was responsive to issues, but would not stay again due to complete lack of cleanliness on arrival and potentially hazardous item sitting out on TV stand with my 15 month granddaughter walking around. ##### Carol K. Property was right on the beach with beautiful views. Kitchen was remodeled and very nice and property was very nicely decorated. Pool was close. Lots of walkable dinner places. YMCA across the street and had daily passes. Only negative was that there were no beach towels or beach chairs and washer and dryer were very small. Spent 4 nights. Everything we needed was there and as advertised in the condo. Tybee is a great laid back coastal town with easy Uber/drive to spend a day or two in Savannah which is always enjoyable. Our family and friends recommend! ##### Brian S. We were thrilled with the property, and especially not having anyone above or below us! The 2 balconies overlooking the ocean gave us the vacation feel we were after, and provided great unobstructed views. The private access to the beautiful beach made it feel like a private oasis. A rental company for beach chairs and umbrellas was very conveniently located to the condo too. Having a gated entrance to the property added to the security as well.
