Garage parking for 2 compact cars, plus a locked beach equipment closet with a beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys for guests to use and return.



The Space:

This condo is a top floor, end unit on the beach side of Tybee's main road, Highway 80, giving an easy walk to the ocean.



An open floor plan connects the kitchen to the living and dining space. Down the hallway are the laundry area and a full guest bathroom, then the guest bedroom with a queen bed and, at the end of the hall, the primary suite with a king bed and its own private bathroom.



Garage: 2 compact car parking spots (fits a full size vehicle and a golf cart, or two sedans; not two SUVs or full size trucks side by side), plus a locked storage closet with a beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys for guest use.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit and to 2 compact car spots in the parking garage. The locked beach equipment closet in the garage holds a beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys for guest use, please return items after each use.



Access codes are sent through the app at 3 PM on your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

The condo sits on Tybee Island's south end, on the beach side of Highway 80, an easy walk to the ocean and to Tybee's restaurants, shops and golf cart friendly streets.



Getting Around:

Walking distance to food, drinks and the beach. The area is friendly to golf cart transportation if you would rather not walk everywhere.



Other Things to Note:

Please bring your own beach towels.



Parking: 2 compact spots in the garage, right side space is for unit 7B, will not fit 2 SUVs or 2 full size trucks side by side (fits a full size vehicle and a golf cart, or 2 sedans).



Early check-in or late check-out, when available, is $50 per hour, please ask in advance. Luggage storage is available by arrangement for $50 per occurrence.
