The dining area comfortably seats six, creating the perfect ambiance for dining with family and friends. Additionally, there is a half bathroom off of the kitchen area. The three bedrooms offer the ultimate in comfort, with Bedroom 1 featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to an ensuite bathroom. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and dual vanity. Bedroom 2 also boasts a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV, while Bedroom 3 has two queen-sized beds. The shared bathroom features a shower and tub combination. Behind your vacation getaway, you can sit back and relax on the patio, which has seating for 8\. There is parking for three vehicles on the backside of the property, parking is accessed down the lane immediately past 10th Street. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your vacation convenience. This home is pet friendly. Please remember, dogs are not allowed on Tybee's beaches. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
