If you’re in search of a charming, coastal retreat, then look no further than Sandy’s Beach House! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation home is perfectly situated in a quiet area of Tybee’s North Island, while still being close enough to all the action of the North Beach, Jaycee Park, and great, local restaurants. Sit back and relax on several porches where you can truly relax and unwind on Tybee Time! Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by the front porch that’s located on the second story, which is perfect for enjoying the island breeze. Through the front door, there is an open living area with plenty of seating for gathering together to watch the wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is just off of the living area and features stainless appliances as well as countertop seating for 3\. There is a separate dining area with seating for 6 that’s perfect for coming together to enjoy a meal with your vacation group. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional half-bath on the main floor The two other bedrooms are located on the top level of the home. The spacious, primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of light from the double windows. The other bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a jack n’ jill style bathroom with a shower tub combination. The back deck is yet another great place to gather around with friends and family as there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6\. Below the home, the garage has been converted to a great game room for hours of fun! There are two parking places in the driveway. There is an in-home washer and dryer and WiFi is included.
