  • Twenty minutes from Savannah and right on the beach, this spacious (1500+ square feet) 3-bedroom condo features majestic sunrises and sunsets from the living room and master bedroom plus views of Hilton Head, the Tybee Lighthouse, and the entrance to the Savannah River shipping channel. There's lots of light in this end-unit with side windows, and a bordering nature preserve. It's beautifully furnished with 4-flat screen cable TVs, a fully equipped brand new kitchen, a large porch, and upscale bathrooms. This condo is on the first level with easy access via one flight of stairs or elevator. The master bedroom has a high quality king pillow top mattress and a full bath including a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have a king bed. There's a full sleeper in the living room. A separate laundry room houses a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. You'll enjoy the community pool and tennis and pickle ball courts. Free secured Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. The condo sleeps a total of 8. The complex is gated.

We stayed here for a honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay here! From the beautiful condo with all the upscale details with comfortable beds, watching the cargo ships go past and the dolphins jump in the water. The beautiful beach and the calm waves were amazing! The owners of the condo we’re so wonderful. We can’t wait to stay here next year!

What a lovely condo right on the beach! The unit was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5. The unit even provided beach towels, tennis rackets, and great attention to detail. Easy check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely condo over New Year’s Eve. We were so comfortable, and the property was immaculate. We had walks on the beautiful beach, lots of good food (great recommendations from hosts), enjoyed a dolphin tour, the lighthouse, and Fort Pulaski! Would definitely rent again!

The condo had everything needed to make our 5 week stay comfortable. Communication with Lloyd and Cathy was great. Keeping us updated about an elevator issue. The view was nice but a bit obstructed by foliage. We would come back again!

we liked it alot … it seemed to be one of the nicer places around … and just a short drive to Savannah … the beach wasn’t crowded at all, either … we will be back!

Great Month long stay

We stayed at this condo during February 2024. We found it very clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with working equipment. The condo is conveniently located for Tybee and Savannah trips. We will be staying here again.

Perfect Location!

Went with family for a week. The place was awesome. Loved having in unit washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was perfect for coffee and sunsets. The private beach was great for swimming. Great location for shopping and restaurants too. Definitely recommend.

Tuber island stay

This condo was great. It was right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and close to everything. The manager Lloyd Kilday was great and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to anyone who goes to Tybee. Got to see dolphins from our porch everyday. Loved the amenities and loved the privacy of the beach. In walking distance to great restaurants.

Searching for Sunshine

Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Property was as described. We enjoyed the view and watching the ships pass. Location on Tybee was good for those not wanting to be close to pier but within a bike ride. We rented bikes one one and toured the island which I highly recommend. Very easy drive to Savannah.

Great spot on north end of Tybee Island

We would highly recommend this rental property. It's an end unit on the first level of the Bay View Villas. Very peaceful and quite. Walked down the quite streets to the Tybee lighthouse in 25 minutes and walked the beach back. We used this spot mostly as a base for our daily adventures to downtown Savanah (an easy 25 minute drive away) and it worked out well. Great amenities, TVs in every room, clean, and very comfortable beds. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good spot for you.
