Located in the Beachside Colony Condominiums, this resort style accommodation provides desirable amenities such as two pools, an on site restaurant and bar, and private beach access. Enjoy Tybee\`s only beach front restaurant by simply walking downstairs! A private entrance is located on the second floor of the parking garage. There are two bedrooms upon entering the condo, each equipped with a Queen bed and television. The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, stackable washer and dryer, and an open concept living and dining area with a smart tv. There is a private patio with adequate seating off of the living room for guest enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, and ensuite bathroom. This condo is unit 616\. Located in the Beachside Colony on Tybee Island. Detailed check in instructions will be provided to you 24 hours prior to arrival (4pm the day before check in). Decor and space was nice. However, we had to sweep and mop when we arrived. The floor was very dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned. We lost power for about 6 hours one of our nights there while sleeping. And in addition, there was a wire exposed on the doorbell which caused the indoor unit to heat up. We traveled from Chicago to Tybee Island for a family vacation before kids went back to school and college . Very cute condo in a quiet area ! Kitchen had everything we needed ! Love the washer and dryer in unit. Communication with the owners was great and very responsive. Restaurant on property had great food and drink !
