Free Parking & Wifi For all communications please only communicate through the booking app. Adorable 1BR/1BA Beachside of Butler Ave just 400ft away from Tybee Island's beach and ocean! Original Refinished Pecan Floors from the 1920s add to the historic charm! Fun place in the middle of it all! Around the corner from restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! Cool & relaxing Memory Foam Mattress King Bed! Full Kitchen, Spacious Bathroom & fabulous patio w/swings to unwind & meet other vacationers. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach + access to streaming your Netflix & Hulu accounts! ONE FREE PARKING PASS good for your stay which allows parking Island-wide in public spaces which is worth $48 per 8 AM to 8 PM per day! This is only good during your stay and must be returned to the room prior to check out. If Pass is accidentally taken home or not returned will be billed ($500) to the guest, and a police report will be filed, with no exceptions- please be considerate and thoughtful to the next guests! These passes are not disposable and very hard to come by. Regardless of where you end up booking on Tybee, before booking please look up local events/parades, road work, possible future storms, weather and tides. Traffic can be backed up due to major events or an accident on the island, or changes in weather like rain lead to a lot of people leaving the beach all at once, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! If you decide to go into Savannah for the day, plan ahead for your return at night. It is fully recommended to do this research in advance and to monitor radar on your stay. Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. We often have fireworks for major holidays also which are well attended. During a Full Moon, especially on a Super Moon, a high tide or even a King Tide can happen which is when the tides are even higher than normal. While very rare, it is possible, water can also cross over the main road US Hwy 80 coming onto and leaving the Island so please plan ahead for that. The city and county may close roads temporarily as it isn't safe to drive through water so you may need to plan accordingly to arrive early or later to the Island. All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals. \*Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed, age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. The AC unit kept the place cool during the hot summer days. The host provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella! We were literally steps away from the water! The food in Tybee is gross and overpriced (except Coco’s), so I would encourage you to venture Into Savannah. In the midst of Covid, my partner and I just wanted to get out of our house. If you’re on the fence, just book it right now. I promise you will not be disappointed. This inn is a beautiful and unique little gem - a definite must stay for any couple, family, or even solo traveler. It’s less than a block to the beach and incredibly close to Tybrisa. Everything you need is at your fingertips… couldn’t ask for a better location. The individual studios are clean and well-maintained, it’s quiet at night, and the outside area is something magical… both romantic and charming! This place is an 11/10 - highly recommend! You can't find a better location unless you go further down the street! You don't have to cross any roads to reach the beach - just walk a few steps. The listing says 160 steps, but that must be to get over the dunes and all the way to the water! Or maybe we just enjoyed the walk. This is a studio, but it' has ample room, a good sized kitchen, and a front porch that serves as the living room. The shower is ample with plenty of pressure and hot water. There is a/c in the bedroom and the kitchen, so you can easily get it too cold in the hot weather. When we return to Tybee, we will stay here. ##### Frank P. We absolutely loved our stay at 17th Street Inn. Our room was so so cute, updated, clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was excellent! We loved the common area to sit in the evening, and the porch was perfect for our morning coffee or to wait out an afternoon thunderstorm. The walk to the beach took about 2 minutes and there is an access point right at the end of the road which made it so easy to go back and forth. It was also just a few minutes to walk to the shops and restaurants on Tybreesia St. Jenny was a great, responsive host and made the whole experience super simple. The parking pass was invaluable and made it easy to find parking anywhere we went on the island. Parking for the Inn is on the street, but we never had any trouble finding a spot out front.
