Gorgeous Beachside Colony condo nestled in beautiful Tybee Island. Unit 631 is a 3rd-floor, end unit boasting fantastic ocean views from the balcony. This is the best unit in the Gull Reef building! Beachside Colony has 2 brand new pools, one heated. Pools are open all year long! Adjacent to the pool is the highly-rated The Deck restaurant and poolside bar. Beach and ocean views from the balcony. Located across from Memorial Park with a playground, sand volleyball, and tennis.
