This 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located one block from the beach. Relax and unwind on the back patio where you can feel the ocean breeze or park in the private, free parking and walk over to the South End beaches! Boasting an open concept living and dining space as well as two queen size beds with ensuite bathrooms, this condo checks all of the boxes for a comfortable Tybee Island getaway!
This condo has two bedrooms with queen size beds and private ensuite bathrooms. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway for guest use as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and drip coffee maker. There is a patio with outdoor seating off of the living area.
Guests can park in Unit 5 parking in the parking garage. This property provides parking to accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles. There is a keypad on the door for keyless entry. Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check in is at 4pm with check out at 10am.
This condo is located on the South end of Tybee Island closest to the pier, and 17th street beach access. Located in a desirable location walking distance to the main strip of restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream parlors, and more!

I have stayed at this property on three occasions and had a wonderful experience each time. Easy check in and check out, clean and well furnished, location close to the beach, and great people watching from the balcony
The condo is located between the ocean and Butler. It's a great location and is right next to the restaurants and stores. It's our favorite spot in Tybee!
10 minute walk to the beach entrance/bridge. No need to pay for parking. Adequate 2 space parking at Condo. Elevator works fine to get up/down to condo. All appliances worked. Very good water pressure and drainage. Plenty of hot water. Balcony limited view but cozy to have morning coffee. Beds comfortable. If you require extra blankets when sleeping, bring one. No place to store clothes in bedroom #2. It was quiet during our stay...far enough from the main streets and night life. Worth the price we paid.
Myself, Adult Granddaughter, two cousins visited Tybee Island. Property was as described, very clean and close to all the activities (beach, restaurants, etc. were within walking distance). Would stay there again
Location great, property good. Was concerned about patio chairs all torn, rusted and fabric dry rotted and could not use. We had to use our own beach chairs to sit in.
