Located on a large, private, fully fenced back section it is just 2 minutes walk from the shops/cafes of central Twizel. Our home has just been fully renovated so has all of the modern amenities to make sure you have the most comfortable stay possible. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and plenty of space for off street parking. It’s also only a 40-45 minute drive from Mt. Cook. The negatives: when we arrived the house was full of moths, flies, and other insects. My wife was disgusted, and I spent the better part of an hour getting them out of just the bedroom alone so we could sleep (clearing the rest of the house would have taken a good portion of our stay). The next morning, we woke up early to make breakfast before a trip to Mt. Cook and found a number of the plates and mugs had been put away dirty, so we had to wash dishes before we could eat.
