The Space:

Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a convenient laundry room and the first bedroom. The open-plan living and dining area provides a spacious gathering space, connected to an incredible deck overlooking the water. This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views of Twillingate's historic harbour. The full bathroom is conveniently located off the living area, and the remaining two bedrooms are located off of the living room area.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the three bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, kitchen, and patio. The property offers a driveway with space for two cars. A key code will be provided for easy access. You do not have access to the shed, and the property owners may access the shed from time-to-time.
