Very prompt and polite and helpful. The only cons were that the internet was not good at all (sadly, my wife had to work a half-day on Friday, otherwise we would not have minded at all), and there is an annoying floodlight in the back that won't turn off at night that partially pollutes some of the beautiful stars. But other than that, it was perfect. About a ten-minute walk straight down the road to Pappy's (not 5), a huge backyard, sweet hot tub, nice outdoor space, and the house had everything you need. My family really enjoyed our stay, including the new hot tub and amazing views of Joshua Trees, gorgeous rock formations, wildlife, sunsets, and stars. We loved walking to Pappy & Harriet’s to eat & drink. Our beds were comfy and the huge TV was a hit with the kids. We stayed here during COVID pandemic and it was clean and we felt very safe. We got in easily and Xtina was quick to respond when we had questions. It was a great location for visiting Joshua Tree National Park and visiting with family in Palm Springs.
