The living area is designed as an open concept space, combining the cozy living room, convenient dining area and the well equipped kitchen with 180 views of the desert and Joshua Tree National Park just outside the windows

The living room area is perfect for an afternoon break. It consists of:

★ High back chair
★ 55” Samsung Smart TV (watch a movie from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more).
★ Sonos sound bar which can be controlled with a smartphone app
★ Sliding glass door through which you can access the outdoor area

Dining area is also here. It boasts enough chairs to accommodate a perfect group meal. It can also be used as a workspace on which you can put your laptop and do some work while the rest of the party is relaxing on the couch.

The kitchen is suitable for preparation of any meal, whether it is a breakfast, an afternoon snack or a 3-course dinner for the whole group. While applying your MasterChef skills, you are welcome to:

After a memorable day of exploring Joshua Tree National Park, you will be looking to rest and replenish your energy for an equally entertaining tomorrow. The home features 2 comfy bedrooms with the homes only bathroom being in the master bedroom.

Master Bedroom, with its stylish décor and plenty of natural light feeling of warmth and comfort:
★ Comfortable King-sized bed with pillows, linens and sheets
★ Night-stands with lamps on both sides of the bed
★ Flat-screen TV
★ Wooden cabinet
★ Windows overlooking the desert and Joshua Tree National Park
★ Ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower cabin and a double sink (FYI - this is the homes only bathroom)

Bedroom 2 is just as comfortable as the last one:
★ Comfortable Queen-size bed
★ Window overlooking the desert

The outdoor area in a unique setting will provide you with an amazing desert experience:

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★
✔ Roadrunner’s Roost is accessed by a dirt road that crosses two sandy washes. Low-profile vehicles are not recommended, as road conditions can vary with weather and sand movement. A vehicle with decent clearance is best for a smoother arrival.
✔ There is no fencing around the home nor the property.
✔ You will have to climb a short flight of stairs to enter the home.
✔ The homes only bathroom is located within the master bedroom.
