The only good thing about this hotel was the room. It was clean, in good condition, with a nice view and a great location. And that’s it!!!
1. There are NEVER enough sun loungers! Even at 7 a.m., they are already all taken. There are far too few of them. You can never find an available lounger either at the beach or by the pool. A lot of guests are very unhappy about this, especially families with small children.
2. The elevators are always overcrowded and extremely slow. I stayed on the 35th floor, and the elevator stopped on almost every floor!
3. Breakfast is extremely crowded. There are too many people and not enough coffee machines, so there are always long lines.
4. If you have a room with a sea view, it is almost impossible to sleep at night because the beach bar plays loud music with a DJ late into the night.
Overall, the room, view, and location were good, but the rest of the experience was very disappointing.

"Nice quiet and clean hotel in a quiet location. They have a private beach about 4K away. We used to go there every day for lunch. They also have a free shuttle running twice a day I think. The bed was nice, the pillows, you have a choice of large or small. They are both lovely pillows to sleep on ..."
