Rachel and Acpenny were very prompt and responsive to our needs, which really stood out and made the experience even better. It’s always reassuring to know that help is available quickly if needed. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and we didn’t experience any connectivity issues. The air conditioning also kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated. As a solo traveller, I selected the hotel principally because of the airport pickup and location, I was not disappointed by either. Also the notel internet was reliable."
