The facility is very clean, beautifully furnished, staff is very professional, incredibly helpful and efficient. The fitness center and the spa are excellent. It is somewhat out of the old city but it is quiet. If I visit Urfa again I will stay in this hotel.

"A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here."
