HISTORIC HILL APT2 Downstairs

  • Located just behind the Historic House on the Hill, better known as the Manor, these centrally located apartments are private, close to everything and secure. The property is located in a neighborhood with primarily older, tenured property owners. The area is quiet and private. It is within walking distance of the campus eatery that is located at the main gates on campus next door to the campus bookstore and novelty shop. It is located next to the Tuskegee University athletic fields and courts. When these events occur, they can be seen and heard from this location. Enjoy the mellow tunes of the Crimson Piper Band. You will need your own transportation for anything off campus. There are several home town restaurants and eateries in town that may be worth the venture.

I was so glad to have the opportunity to be able to stay here. Latresse was a great host and always there to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. Thank you again. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to want to watch a game at Tuskegee University!

Wonderful Stay and Host!

I booked the home for my son who is attending college at Tuskegee. He wanted to go early to work out with the football team before the season started. Latresse was helpful, and alway there to answer any questions he had. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to a Tuskegee Game. The football field is walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay here. Really comfy beds and appropriately cooled. A little dated (but so is my house lol) and off the beaten path but it felt safe and was equipped with everything I needed for a long weekend. The host was responsive and personable. I definitely plan to stay here again when visiting my daughter (Tuskegee University student).
