"Corte della Maestà is the most incredible and unique place in Italy where we have stayed. Absolutely amazing gardens, stellar first class accommodations in a 1200 year old building. It’s the home of Paulo and Christiana, our gracious and generous hosts. If you have the opportunity and it’s available, you will never regret your stay with them in luxury suites!"
"Used this as our last night before heading to FCO for our departure of Italy. Was off season so very quiet. Majority of local restaurants were closed. Breakfast in hotel was great and the staff at check-in were great!"
"Characteristic B&B with great lighting and exceptional architectural design. Perfect location, comfortable bed, kind hospitality.
Wonderful cappuccino and fresh pastries served in a charming breakfast room looking out on the piazza. Safe parking and super responsive staff."
"Nice property. Clean quiet. Restaurant on site is closed. Breakfast buffet was open and good. Note if you want to use sauna or hot tub, charge is 20e per person for 80 min. Bathroom in our room was tiny, not for a larger person. I am 70 kg and I found it cramped. Overall good stay. Just plan to eat lunch and dinner offsite."
"Convinently located just of the road.
Beautiful place , very well maintained.
Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
Plenty of Roman sites around.
Very helpful staff.
Will definitely come back"

"This was the perfect getaway! It looked straight out of a magazine!! The food was absolutely delicious and the remoteness of the area was serene and relaxing. Perfect for anyone looking to get away from any kind of stress. Staff was incredibly kind and they were always on time with meals! "
"Fantastic historic property in amazing 14th century city center. Highly recommend. Food was great. They coordinated a driver (Alessandro) to drive us to a winery and some area attractions. Highly recommended. "
"Beautiful place and confortable.
The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that."
"Laura was the perfect host. The rooms are enormous and the house is a true mansion. We couldn't believe how spacious it was, with so many little details that made gave us a sense of wonder. They also have a lovely wine store inside with quite a few excellent selections that we as wine lovers were previously unaware.
We are already planning to return. "
Tuscia, a picturesque region in Lazio, Italy, is known for its charming medieval towns and stunning landscapes, but its nightlife can be a bit more subdued compared to larger cities.
In towns like Viterbo, you'll find lively piazzas such as Piazza San Lorenzo, where locals gather for evening aperitifs and casual dining. The area is sprinkled with quaint bars and restaurants that offer a taste of local wine and cuisine, creating a relaxed atmosphere for socialising.
In the bustling town of Tarquinia, you can enjoy a mix of beachside bars and traditional trattorias, particularly along the coastal areas. This is a great spot for those who appreciate fresh seafood paired with a beautiful sunset.
If you're looking for a more vibrant scene, head to the town of Civita di Bagnoregio, especially during summer evenings when the streets come alive with music and events. While not a nightlife hotspot in the conventional sense, the enchanting ambiance makes for a lovely evening out.
