Welcome to Magnolia, a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom home just 1 mile from Bryant-Denny Stadium and within walking distance of downtown Tuscaloosa. Whether you’re coming to town for an Alabama football weekend, a campus event, a family getaway, or a weekend with friends, Magnolia offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and location.

With four spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 8 adults, Magnolia is designed with privacy and comfort in mind. Every bedroom features a king-size bed and its own private en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal setup for families, couples, or groups traveling together.

Step inside and you’ll be greeted by elegant modern décor paired with the warmth and charm of a true Southern home. The spacious open-concept living room and kitchen create a welcoming gathering space for everyone to relax, enjoy a meal, or settle in to watch the Alabama game together. A separate game/sitting area provides even more room to spread out, along with a convenient half bathroom.
Traveling with little ones? Magnolia is family-friendly and includes a Pack ’n Play and high chair for your convenience.

When it’s time to enjoy the outdoors, fire up the grill and make your own pre-game BBQ. The property offers grills, grilling utensils, and a cozy fire pit, creating the perfect spot to gather with friends and family before heading to the stadium or relaxing after a day in Tuscaloosa.
Please note that the backyard is shared with guests staying at the neighboring Oak and Pecan homes. We simply ask that everyone be courteous and respectful of other guests while enjoying the space.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication. Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Oak & Pecan properties.
