  • *****Villa Mariana is a large 5 bedroom property near Mojacar in Southern Spain. All bedrooms have their own shower room. Sleeping up to 14 + cot and Z-bed. It is extremely versatile for family groups or friends. It has 3 good sized lounges and two kitchens and the bedrooms are spacious too. This means that you can be close together or have your own space for a bit of peace if you wish.
    It is set in a huge fenced and walled garden of 13,500 square metres so there is a lot of space ro feel freedom from any neighbours.
    With a large 18m swimming pool with pool toys and its private all weather tennis court there is a lot on site to keep everyone happy.
    Plus a games room with its own pool table, bar and fridge. There is a roof terrace where on a clear day you can see the sea in the distance.
    There is also a table tennis table and a skittles area plus petanq lane. Lots of facilities to suit all tastes.
    It can be booked throughout the year as one large property and between October and April it can be split in half giving two smaller properties for rental.
