Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Horror Show!

I waited three hours at the property without the lockbox code before someone came to check me in. Once in the room, the cleaning had not been done. Even after the cleaning was completed, a strong mold smell persisted. When I complained to the management company facetiously named Wonderful Italy, they refused to offer any solutions, leaving me with no choice but to stay for the two nights I booked or lose the money they had already charged me. All my clothes still smell like mold two days later. We got next to no sleep and will never stay in a place managed by this company again!
