THE LOCATION
The apartment is located in a historic building in Turin.
The building is situated in the pedestrian zone of Turin’s historic centre, on the famous Contrada dei Guardinfanti, one block from Piazza Castello, which is lined with charming historic buildings, historic cafés, and boutiques featuring the most prestigious brands.
Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello, the Royal Palace, the Cinema Museum, and the Mole Antonelliana are all nearby, and the famous Egyptian Museum is just a short walk away.
Just a few streets away is the Porta Nuova central train station (from which the shuttle to Caselle Airport also departs) and the metro stop that connects the Lingotto exhibition centre to the rest of the city in just a few minutes.
A couple of blocks further on is the Quadrilatero district (home to Turin’s nightlife spots, live music venues, and pubs) and Porta Palazzo, Europe’s largest open-air market. Nearby is Valentino Park (where you can stroll along the banks of the Po River, ride a bike, or rent a rickshaw).
The building is very quiet and safe.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is very comfortable, bright, and quiet, as it overlooks the building’s inner courtyards. The ideal conditions for resting and recharging.
It is a modern, fully renovated apartment with high-quality furnishings and finishes, featuring private entry and spanning two levels—the ground floor and the ground floor.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. There will be no other guests or anyone else during your stay.

BEDROOM
The master bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. It features a king-size bed with a top-quality mattress containing independent pocket springs, a double layer of memory foam, and 9 zones of differentiated support for maximum comfort. It has both general lighting and reading lamps on either side of the bed. The bedroom has direct access to both a spacious and convenient walk-in closet and the bathroom.

MASTER BATHROOM
The spacious and bright master bathroom is divided into three areas for maximum privacy. The first area is entirely dedicated to the luxurious Devon & Devon Draycott Decò bathtub with direct access to the living area. The second area features a waterfall shower and a large wall-mounted sink. In the third area, there is a second sink, a bidet, and a wall-mounted toilet. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

BATHROOM
The second bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a large sink and a wall-mounted toilet with a handheld showerhead.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped. It features a hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Included are plates, dishes, glasses, pots, and everything you need to prepare a meal worthy of a top chef. The kitchen has direct access to the extendable dining table in the dining room.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed with extra-thick mattresses made entirely of memory foam for exceptional comfort; ifcan be covered with the provided sheets to accommodate three additional guests. It is equipped with a 40" Full HD TV and a large extendable table.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a spacious and practical sink, a washing machine, and a drying rack for those who wish to do laundry.

SECURITY
The entire area is very quiet and safe. To make your stay even more peaceful, there is a video surveillance system in the common areas of the building outside the house.
