To be clear, while you do have to take some stairs to reach the apartment, it is manageable, even with heavy luggage, as there is a lift which takes you the bulk of the way up the building. Also, despite how hot and humid the weather was, the apartment remained, thankfully, at a comfortable temperature (even without the air con or fans turned on).
