This loft studio apartment consists of a portion of space intended for the open kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment including an oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dining table; dividing this environment from the living area there is then a comfortable double sofa bed positioned exactly in front of a TV. The sleeping area runs along the upper floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed topped by a large bridge closet. Finally, a bathroom with shower and bidet completes the layout. \*The loft bedroom is open plan and does not have a door. \*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information regarding your reservation within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
