The apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a single open space room, equipped with a queen-sized bed, a dining table, a TV, a spacious wardrobe, and an open-plan kitchen, fitted with facilities such as an oven, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The accommodation shares a common garden with the hosts of the building. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. \*Part of the proceeds from these accommodations, which are part of the Housing Giulia project, finance social activities. Indeed, Wonderful Italy works with the social enterprise CoAbitare, which, inside a building owned by the institution Opera Barolo, manages an innovative co-housing model that includes tourist apartments but also houses for citizens who need housing support.
