We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Tourist - The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! Fresh pastries that you can smell as you wake up, great food selection. Hotel is walking distance to the metro and bus. I love that they have a list of recommended restaurants. Top on our list that they suggested is Peperosso.

Close to a metro station, which was convenient. Also close to a number 13 tram stop which takes you straight through the historic centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly use this hotel again.

The room and the entire building was terribly cold. We asked to check the heater and was told they were fine, bearly working at all, no double window. The staff was not helpful nor friendly at all

Kein Toilettenpapier bei Check in in Zimmer vorhanden und auch auf Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen wurde bis zum Check Out (auch nach Zimmerservice) kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Frühstück wurde nur unzureichend wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr laut und hellhörig.

Ci siamo trovati bene

La struttura era molto pulita (ho visto pulire i tavolini della colazione con l'alcol, tra un ospite e l'altro...). Il personale veramente molto molto gentile. Apprezzatissime le buste con le indicazioni lasciateci perché siamo arrivati tardi. La colazione varia e buona. I letti e i cuscini comodi.

The location was good, it is a 5 minute walk from the metro that takes you into the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were also comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would go again.

Personale gentile ma non efficientissimo la sera dopo un certo orario in struttura non c'è piu nessuno quindi se hai bisogno di qualcosa non sai a chi rivolgerti. Posizione dell'hotel comoda a pochi passi dalla metro ma all'interno un po' vecchiotta andrebbe rimodernizzata un po'. Colazione mediocre.

Très bien

Excellent accueil et service. Malgré l’arrivée tardive tout avait été fait pour que je puisse accéder à ma chambre. Le service du petit déjeuner se fait dans le respect des règles sanitaires avec une réservation la veille au soir. Le départ de bonne heure n’a pas posé de problème. Le parking sur place, même si payant, est appréciable
