My room was a little small but it has a good size bed and balcony. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful, especially Martina from reception (night shift) who let me borrow a kettle to boil water for a few days. Breakfast is more than sufficient for me with cereal, pastry, boiled eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruits (bananas, apples, watermelons, grapes, kiwis…). Stay here for 4 days. I was surprised to see the low level of the hotel despite the rank. The name of HOTEL ITALIA is a great name for this poor hotel. There was traces of blood on the bedding. They even did not use proper method to remove it (see photo 1). Heating radiator was connected poorly to the heat water pipe (see photo 2).
