We loved our month stay at the DUPARC Suites and are already talking about going back! The front desk, reservations, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very polite, patient with our language differences, accommodating, etc. We were well taken care of! Their restaurant, breakfast and especially dinner, is excellent! We had a great stay and greatly appreciate being given an extremely spacious suite with a full kitchen and washing machine!

The staff, both at the front desk and the restaurant, are very pleasant and accommodating to English speaking guests! The food at the restaurant is delicious and the rooms are extremely spacious, clean and comfortable!!! The hotel is in a residential area but walking distance to the main shopping area.

Convenient location and friendly staff.
Excellent stay at Duparc Suites. We were allocated a lovely, large apartment with views to the river and park beyond. Slight issue with the main bathroom sink which was not draining properly, which i reported but the staff were unable to resolve due to the bank holiday weekend, which was understandable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location about 5 mins walk from the tram stop.

The hotel was nice. The room was very large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is a bit quiet and about a 25 minute walk from the cent but easily reachable by public transport. There is a very nice park nearby.

Property (room) is amazing 10/10. Rooms have been recently renovated and they r stunning Breakfast was awful extremely basic with no variety apart from desserts 1/10 Staff were great 10/10 Hotel condition (excluding rooms) was average (5/10) needs renovating

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious and beautifully furnished. The only remarks we have is the quality of the bed and bedding. Poor quality synthetic duvet and pillows and beds on wheels that would not stay in place, resulting in a very uncomfortable gap between the two beds. Also airco was very loud with limited adjustability.

This is my second visit. High quality, spacious apartment. Excellent soundproofing and bedding lead to a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and give useful advice on local transport and amenities. The wifi is quick and stable. The metro is a 10 minute walk away which gets you to Port Nuova in less than 10 minutes. The banks of River Po is just behind the hotel which is restful and serene.

Fabulous suite with massive space. Very well equipped room but bed quite hard. Wi-Fi very slow indeed needs improving. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, restaurant staff less so. Breakfast only average. Unsuitable for disabled visitors due steps down to reception and elevators or steps up to restaurant and elevators. Rooms on the front are subject to road noise.

The DuPARC suites are modern and wonderfully spacious suites. The rooms were bigger than expected and we wished we could have stayed longer. The staff are ultra friendly, warm and always helpful. We are definitely returning there.

Had an amazing stay at Duparc. The rooms are MASSIVE and so spacious. It is not too far of a walk into the main center of Turin and near the train station for a cab or a walk. Very clean, bed was comfy and staff was great -always willing to help you with anything at all hours. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend!
