- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- 2 BALCONIES, one of which has a veranda and a dining table.

The operation of the air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Turin Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.



The property is located in a quiet residential area. The area is well-served by public transport, with the Paradiso and Marche subway stations nearby, providing easy access to city centre Turin and the city’s main attractions.

In terms of amenities, the area offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy pleasant moments of leisure. The proximity to parks and green spaces also allows you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.



- From the Turin Porta Nuova and Turin Porta Susa train stations, you can reach the apartment in about 30 minutes by taking the MM1 subway to the Paradiso stop and then walking for about 10 minutes.



- From Turin Airport - From Caselle, you can reach the apartment in about an hour by taking one of the FlibCo shuttle services that connect the airport directly to the city centre, getting off at the Torino Vittorio Emanuele stop; from there, take the MM1 line to the Vinzaglio stop, get off at Paradiso, and continue on foot for about 10 minutes.



- If you’re travelling by car, parking is not included; you can park (for a fee) in the vicinity of the property.
