The apartment, fully air conditioned and equipped for your comfort. A 6-minute walk from Porta Nuova metro station and 100 meters from Via Roma. The best point from which to discover the city. The apartment is located inside a luxurious residence-style condominium, with caretaker and possibility of loading and unloading cars for a maximum stay of 15 minutes. Each area of the condominium is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with high quality materials. The apartment consists of a living area with living room which includes both the space dedicated to the kitchen and the sofa bed which becomes a double bed if necessary. The sofa bed mattress is 130 cm wide. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking: \- crockery \- Knives of all types and lengths \-dishwasher \-oven \- fridge \- freezer \- glasses and glasses, cups and mugs \- coffee machine and kettle \- sponges and sponge cloths \- detergents of all types \- dishes, pots and pans \- colander and rubber and wooden ladles \-brown and white sugar \- dishwasher tablets and Nespresso capsules supplied Etc...
