The apartment is a traditional “casa di ringhiera” (a series of apartments accessible from a shared balcony on each floor) located on the first floor easily accessible with the elevator. The entrance opens directly to an open space which comes with a fully-equipped kitchen on the right, fitted with a kettle and a dining table. The night area has a double sofa bed, a spacious wardrobe and a TV. A room with a sink that leads into the bathroom with shower completes the apartment. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
