The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, opens onto a large hallway that connects all the rooms. The living area includes a living room furnished with two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, a dining table and a TV, and a fully-equipped independent kitchen with a dining table, a microwave, an oven and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two featuring a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. All of them are complete with closets and desks. The layout is completed by a laundry area and two bathrooms with shower. At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine and heating. \*The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot. \*The building is currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day. Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.
