Small hotal in a nice neighborhood with short walk across the bridge to the centre. Clean room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast and great service. There are restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time. My son had a one-week camp nearby so we stayed for 8 nights in this hotel. Excellent service from the super helpful front desk, which gave us directions and helped us call taxi to the airport 4:45 am in the morning. The location is very convenient, we walked to everywhere.

This is a nice hotel in a nice area of Turin. All the main attractions are a 15-20 minute walk away. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel, but there are a few very lovely cafes nearby. The room was clean, quiet and the staff were lovely.

Caring and amazing staff

The staff deserves 10 stars. Very caring. The front desk manager Emmanuel went over and above his duty to locate a cab driver in whose cab we forgot our backpack and managed to get it back for us. Even when I checked out for a few days and returned, my luggage that I had placed in the hotel was already inside my room. The bathrooms were a tiny and could use an update and the location of the hotel is 30 mins walk from the center. These are the only minor gripes

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Easy, fast and friendly check-in. I had been allocated a room next to the lift but that was changed as soon as I asked. Room clean and spacious for me. Open clothes hanging space not an issue for me. Bathroom compact but not uncomfortably so: e.g. shower was big enough. Step up to bathroom not an issue for me. Very clean except for some small mould spots on seals and grout in shower. Eco-friendly shower gel/shampoo dispenser in shower. Fresh, tasty and abundant breakfast buffet (though orange juice a bit ‘institutional’). All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Inizio con l’unica nota completamente positiva: il personale. Tutto lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile. Il quartiere di collocamento è caratteristico e piacevole per una passeggiata. Per il resto, secondo il mio parere, l’hotel non vale il prezzo: la camera aveva pareti poco insonorizzate e in caso di vicini rumorosi questo diventa un problema serio. Erano presenti riparazioni fatte alla bella e buona - come stucchi sui muri -, esteticamente inguardabili. Arredamento spartano - che di per sé non è un problema, se ben fatto - e fermo a molti anni fa. I mobili portano evidenti segni di usura. Pulizia molto basica poiché mi è capitato di guardare sotto il letto e trovare molta polvere. Colazione con poca scelta soprattutto per quanto riguarda il salato. Per cento euro a notte non pretendo il non plus ultra, ma perlomeno di passare un soggiorno sereno in un ambiente che non trasmetta sufficienza.
