The staff working in the food and beverage areas were especially hard-working and kind - always attentive and efficient. That said, there were several areas where the experience didn't meet the standards of a 5-star all-inclusive resort: Room Key Policy: Only one key card was provided per room, even though two guests were staying. Since removing the card from the power slot turns off all electricity in the room, this was inconvenient and impractical. Excellent food and views around, good quality of service, good service in restaurants, the spa complex is in a cool place, but it could do with renovation. Also the water park is in a great place, but I would like more modern slides. Evening entertainment was quite interesting and exciting. Twice a week in the evening in the cafe on the beach you can watch the sunset with live music and it's cool. I can also highlight the tea house with a good selection of brewed tea. In general, the hotel leaves only positive impressions. Four of us rested for 10 days (3 adults and a teenager) and everyone was satisfied and we were not bored even one day. I can recommend this hotel for visiting.
