I spent about 2 weeks at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, big, and clean (nice white towels!). It had all what I needed, including safe box, coffee in the room, a good TV. Good wi-fi signal. The bathroom's size was perfect with good water pressure. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was the best. I felt at home. I also used the parking which made me a little nervous because they lift you with your car on a small ramp to either the 2nd or 3rd floor. Someone from the staff usually went with me on the ramp which made me feel safer. Having the possibility of parking your car indoor is great. Walking distance from Viva Envigado shopping center and it's metro station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a nice clean modern hotel, room was tiny, but we only sleep and shower in there, breakfast was free and very good, downfall was the disco that went on all night, but I would use again if I'm in Medellin

"Shower door seals need to be replaced. Water floods the bathrom causing moisture and mildew on some rooms. In addition to bed comforter cover, a light bed sheet cover should be provided. Overall food quality and quantity served has decreased."
