Property, especially the staff were helpful. The only thing I did not like was that my Cesar Salad was dirty and even I brought it up, nothing was done. Other than this, the place is great and hope to visit once again.

Incredible hidden treasure by a beautiful lake. The termal waters, the pool, horse ridding and all the activities in the lake are enjoyable whether you want to relax or have fun (or both). Came with my 10 year old and my parents and everyone loved their stay. We will definitely be back! Staff here really know what excellent customer service is.

I like the appearance and cleanliness, loved the food. did not like the coldness on the front desk, a person in a whealchair had difficulty in the very hot walkway and no shade at all. Smooth walkway would be better for older guests. The spa people were attentive.

Best way to close a visit to Colombia. After visiting crowded cities and heavy traffic destinations, Paipa remains as peaceful and perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. This hotel is the closest to paradise you can imagine. Food, facilities, location by the lake … just a dream! The people? … just wonderful!….. My favorite Daniela in the restaurant! Beautiful young lady ready every time and great memory to keep track of customers faves… even “Luisa”… the “dog angel”… walking companion… perfect for us early walkers … we will be back at least for couple of days before returning to the States .. and hopefully for longer periods of time within five years after retirement!! Excited to be back ASAP

My fiancé and I stayed there. Her family came and met us there for the afternoon. They treated everyone great and the service was awesome. You can go on a boat ride around the lake, see sheep and cattle, and the property is beautiful. On her birthday they found us and gave her a nice birthday breakfast cake. I’m still not sure how they did that haha. The hot springs and pool are nice. Food is good. The police station is close and the property is secure. If you’re thinking about going here we had a great time.

The property is very well maintained and is only a short walk to the lake where one can paddle-boat on the lake or take a motorized boat cruise.

Regresamos al hotel Estelar Paipa después de haberlo visitado hace unos 11 años y al principio parecía que nada había cambiado. Todo parecía igual y sin las mejoras que sentimos que necesitaba una década antes, específicamente un ventilador de techo en las habitaciones porque a veces se sienten cálidas y congestionadas y la falta de servicio en la piscina. Lo que significa que solo puede obtener alimentos, bocadillos o bebidas en un restaurante o mediante el servicio de habitaciones. Pero la vista espectacular y la tranquilidad de los jardines también siguen ahí y son una atracción digna, y la comida sigue siendo buena, especialmente el desayuno buffet que está incluido. Y luego descubrimos la única mejora excepcional, que es el spa hidráulico y el centro de sauna. ¡Esto es en un edificio exterior y es espectacular! Puede reservar una visita de una hora que resultó ser una experiencia de spa muy estructurada pero también absolutamente fabulosa. Por el costo de aproximadamente $ 50 por persona, un empleado lo guiará a través de varias estaciones, comenzando con aproximadamente 5 minutos en un spa finlandés, luego a una piscina elaborada equipada con una amplia gama de corrientes que trabajan todos los músculos. Fue una experiencia increíble que valió la pena cada peso.

This hotel is great and the place is beautiful. We enjoyed the room, restaurant is good, the breakfast buffet is great! We were received by a friendly and kind Colombia girl (I missed the name, beautiful young brunnet lady), she was so kind helping us with the acomodation.

We have a great time , the view, the horse ride, a super great full body massage, the mineral spring water jacuzzi, the breakfast buffet, the staff , very nice... just we have to be at the breakfast table early than 8 am to dont run out of some of the delicious plates
