Employees were nice and helpful

It was nice, directly across the street is busted buildings,

What I liked about the facility was I observed there was someone always watching the area when we walked in. What I didn't like was that our room was not cleaned or checked on the three days we were there, we ran out of body wash in the shower I spoke to someone at the desk who let the staff know that our room was not even checked on, we left went out shopping and come back still nothing had been done. I spoke with a young lady who was cleaning up down the hallway she gave us fresh towels and face cloths for the remainder of our stay. she was very helpful I'm so thankful for her, I understand how thing can fall through the crack just letting ya know what happened while we were there. We liked the hotel except for the moldy shower. The pool was green but obviously out of service. The stay was ok, just not worth the price. Hiltons are usually much better. Conveniently located.

The staff was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was so nice. The room was cute, everything we needed. It was clean. Only complaints is it was insanely hot, almost like our air conditioner wasn’t working. Then our shower had no hot water. As soon as we got in it was immediately cold.
