"I like that it’s so convenient to every part of Hong Kong by bus and subway. The services have alway been good, they accommodate my physical needs and give me the same room (close to the elevator) in each of my visit. I was once in a rush and was not nice to the front desk staff, she managed to be patient and stayed composed. I appreciate every one of their staff. "

"I love this hotel. Stayed many times in the past. Always exceptional staff and willing to help when needed. I forgot my phone in the cab, tired from my 20 hour travel day. They were able to locate the driver and had my phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Also got my room ready at 8:30 am. They went above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay in when coming to Hong Kong."
