Everything was fantastic. A nice perk was free bottled water. The shuttle service to Mayo clinic was another amenity that was convenient. We will definitely be back.
Good location, lots of space, needs a little repairs at some places, and a little more cooking pans. And fans in all the bedrooms, was nice to have for cooling at hot summer days.

Good place to stay
The house was in a good location, had a few problem but over all worth the stay. The pool could use a heater so that it’s not so cold. Owners were nice and communicated with before check in. Very pretty house. Comfortable and didn’t have everyone stumbling over each other.
Location is perfect. Very close to all of the districts/neighborhoods in the city. House is on a busy corner of a very nice neighborhood. We actually liked being on the corner so we felt like we weren’t disturbing the full time residents nearby. Host is very responsive and the check-in and check out process was very easy. Lots of room and 3 nice sized bathrooms were great for our group of 9.
The location was GREAT! Nice neighborhood and close to everything. The heat seemed to be on a timer and would kick off for hours at a time so the house was cold at times. The towels were also damp when we got there but we just rewatched real quick and was fine. Overall it was a good home with lots of room so we never felt on top of each other.
This house suited our needs very well. We liked the location, but the house is at the corner of a busy street and very close to I-44, so it is quite noisy. The pool was great for the kids. The host was very responsive. About half of the mattresses were sub-par. Otherwise the house was roomy and comfortable.
The property is just as described! I had a Wonderful stay, Host is responsive and made check in and check out as simple as possible. I will be booking this place again!
Had a great stay! There was limited cookware i.e. mixing bowls and cooking utensils but nothing that was a deal breaker. The host was kind enough to make sure we had charcoal and lighter fluid so that we could cook out. Definitely on our list of places to stay next time we are in town.
This house was great for a group of several families. Plenty of bathrooms and we never felt like we were on top of each other due to the size of the living area. It was a good neighborhood and close to food and grocery.
This is a great property that matches its VRBO description.

Master bedroom had strong smell of mildew. Towels were all put back in closet wet. Sheets on bed is master did not smell or appear clean with light stains. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
My son is moving to Tulsa so this was our home base for a weekend exploration. House was easy to find. Located centrally to all attractions and restaurants. Very clean and stocked well. Beds, linens and towels good quality. Very spacious and the pool was ideal for adults and a 5 yr old. Paul was very responsive. And Justin was a phone call away. Both very helpful. Great place to stay. It was a little higher priced than I usually spend but worth it...
The house is furnished and decorated very well. The host is quick with communication and responsive to the small issues we had. There were so items left in one of the closets from the previous guest, one hot water heater was turned way down (he sent someone over to fix it as soon as we told him) and a couple of the beds were not comfortable to us although he said we were the first guest in two years to express that to him. Overall pleased with the house and the host.

Upon our arrival at the property, we were unable to get inside because the access code provided did not work. After a long 10-hour drive, my family and I were left stranded outside for approximately 1.5 hours. We were hot, exhausted, and understandably frustrated. Unfortunately, the property manager was initially unsure how to resolve the issue without access to their laptop, which further delayed our entry.Once we were finally able to get in, we found the property to be very nice, and overall, we did enjoy our stay. However, we encountered another concern: the pool does not have a handrail on the steps for safe entry and exit. Handrails are an important safety requirement, especially for those with mobility challenges. My parent, who is disabled, was unable to use the pool safely — which was very disappointing, as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future guests, particularly those traveling with elderly or disabled family members.
The home was very spacious for our party of 6, a perfect layout for eating and playing games as a family. The kids were swimming the entire time! The neighborhood is in a prime and comfortable location, we slept great each night of our stay.
