Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling all over the house. And on top of that, the management company is soliciting for you to go straight through them rather than VRBO, which if I’m not mistaken is not allowed. On top of all of that, our codes stopped working the evening before we weee supposed to checkout. The managers response was “That’s good to know” and “It says they’re working”. Good sized back yard for our dog and us to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again. Working class neighborhood, no people just wandering around or standing on corners so we felt safe.
