Wifi is fast, house is clean and well kept, check in amd check oit instructions very straightforward. The ONLY dings on the rental (and they're small) is that if its cold outside, the living room downstairs will be pretty cool if the bedrooms upstairs are comfortable, and that the kitchen needs a few things like hot pad holders and such.
