Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a pergola, chiminea, and string lights-perfect for winding down. There’s a 2-car garage and plenty of driveway parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Just 3 miles from the Expo Center, 10 minutes to downtown, and less than a mile to shops and dining in either direction and Lafortune Park! Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, dresser and closet storage, en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, closet space Bedroom 3: Day bed with pull out trundle (2 singles, bottom bed pulls out), tv, workspace, Pack N Play in closet. Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom with bathtub and shower Livingroom: Beautiful seating area with workspace that looks out into the fully-fenced backyard.
