Having the 2 bathrooms adjoined to the bedrooms was great and the 3rd bath for the other 2 rooms to share works nice when your traveling friends. The neighborhood was a little uncomfortable for my taste. The houses on each side looked to be vacant. The house also had air fresheners all around that seemed to be there to cover up old smells. For one that is sensitive to fragrances it gave me a headache (thankfully we were not in the home much as we were there for a 4h event). The owner was easy to get a hold of when needed.
