- This cute little duplex has been renovated from the studs and finished with high end finishes. Located walking distance to Swan Lake, St. Johns Hospital, Utica Square and Cherry Street. WIthin 5 minutes of Hillcrest, downtown areas, OSU Tulsa, OSU Medical, gathering place, and brookside. Easy highway access. You will love all the little restaurants, bars and boutiques along cherry street and Utica Square.

Great location and well equipped!
This cute little gingerbread style home was really cute. It was very modern inside and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Loved that it had a fenced backyard for my fur baby. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! It was fairly walkable to restaurants and close to campus. Communication with the host was easy and the house was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely book again for our next stay in Tulsa.

Location cannot be beat—squarely in between both Cherry street and Utica square with a seemingly unlimited selection of shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host responsive. Highly recommend.
