We liked the convenience.

Pros: The location
Cons: They could make sure that the stains on their linens are removed. It makes you think that maybe they did not change out the linens as they should.
Location: The location was convenient to our conference location and there were plenty of places to eat nearby.
It had a nice breakfast selection and was convenient to our conference destination. Fairly clean but the sheet had stains on them and could have been better. overall our stay was o.k.

No hot water

Location: Didn't look. Previous plans
We got in our room about an hour and a half before we had to be somewhere. I went in to take a shower only to discover that there was no hot water.. Without time to change hotels I had no choice but to take a cold shower. The manager is supposed to call today. I shall see if he calls and what we can work out.

Great place

This place was a very reasonable price and was close to Bass Pro and the Rhema Christmas Lights. There were places to eat right there, as well as fuel. Another added benefit..it was right off the highway. Very comfy room and quiet!

The room would have been great, but we had to kill a few cockroaches and a spider. I called front desk and they offered to move us to another room, but I figured we'd already killed everything in the current room. Would have preferred a discount, but we purchased through Hotels.com and they said they couldn't do anything.

Great Amenities, Staff, and Price

Cons: Even though I had to "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door - the cleaning staff still knocked on my door at 8:30 am to see if I needed any services. Bummer
Location: It's close to Tulsa, and right off the freeway. Although I did not have time for tourist activities i do know there were several bars and tattoo shops
This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while. Tyler and Sam - the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I booked online and had absolutely no issues at check-in, etc. Our room was very clean and updated in modern decor. The beds were extremely comfortable and had lots of pillows. I was very impressed with the amount of cups and coffee offered right in the room! There was also a fridge and microwave. In addition the daily breakfast served was prompt and plentiful in hot and cold options. When it was running low the staff was quick to respond with absolutely no attitude. Since I was there to handle business affairs for a family member - it was very refreshing that the business center was fully functioning and ready to use at any moment. There was also a gym that had all equipment necessary for a good workout. It even had towels,a water fountain, TV, and a restroom right in the workout room. To top it all off, the 2nd floor has a bar - which is very convenient, especially if you are from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. It also provides for a safe trip back to your room! **This hotel was so good, I even had my sister switch hotels from across the street at Quality Inn, where she was getting very substandard service, and was only saving five dollars a night per room! When we checked her in - they even gave her the same rate I had received even though I booked online at a discounted rate! Talk about great customer service!

Pros: Tyler at the front desk was very understanding and provided excellent customer service.
Cons: Hotel needs a remodel desperately.
In other cities, the price this room was rented for will get you a pretty decent hotel room, so I was not worried. When I walked into the lobby I should have been alerted by the overpowering musty smell being disguised with intense cleaning liquid. Reluctantly, I went ahead and checked in (Tyler at the front desk was a positive during this experience...he was very friendly), retrieved my things and ventured to my room. I turned on the light and stopped dead in my tracks three steps into the room. The smell continued throughout the room, the walls were dirty, the carpet was stained and all of the finishes are beyond needing a remodel. I was afraid to touch anything. I am an accommodating person and NEVER complain, cancel rooms or even send back food at a restaurant - but I did not feel clean or safe, so I marched back up to the front desk and asked for a refund. Tyler was very understanding and apologetic. He took care of my request immediately and I went on to find another hotel room. This could potentially be a nice hotel in the future - after a remodel - but until that happens I do not recommend staying here.
