We checked in. Staff was friendly. We took our bags to the room. Turned on the lights and a roach scurried up a wall. We checked out. Can't rate how comfortable the bed was because we didn't even set on it. As of yet we haven't requested a refund. I prepaid for two nights stay through Expedia. I won't do that again. Staff told us we would have to contact Expedia to get a refund. Just another step to jump through. Don't think I can recommend Expedia either. I don't have a clue on how to contact Expedia for a refund!

Breakfast needs a lot of work. Biscuits and sausage were cold. Next time we will eat at the Shiloh's restaurant which was excellent.

Had a slight mix up with reservations and the staff was very polite and helpful in fixing the situation. They were very accomodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The chairs could have been a bit more comfortable and needed more regular coffee in the room but besides those minor things it was a good time and place.

Cons: The beds.
This is an older hotel with some updates. The room seems nice enough. Our bed was not very comfortable but overall the room was fine for our stay.

Extremely Pleased

Pros: Conveniently located right off expressway and close to everything we were in Broken Arrow to visit.
From the front desk on check in and/or inquires, extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful with everything from fresh waffles to pastries and fresh fruit. Totally pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back when we're in the area.

Great stay, two minor gripes

Was a great stay. My only gripes are minor. They thought we were to check out a day earlier then what we booked. A 5 minute conversation and email confirmation was all it took to fix it. The bed was good but the pillows were flat. Despite these two things we will be coming back.
