  • Home is locate by tulsa country club. Near ONEOK FIELD, Guthrie Green’s, the BOK center, downtown, Riverside, Also the Gathering Place. We focus in longer stays, business travel, monthly rental, nurses or oil industry, or entrepreneurs. We have made it a Home. Peaceful neighborhood. Home has MINI PUTTER GREEN, PS4, poker, dominós, Etc… all room have Apple TV’s. The price included 1bed, 2 baths whole house. Ext $50 per bedroom per night. A loft on the property separate. Did not get to stay, owner called and tried to have us cancel and pay him more.

Vrbo talked to owner and cancel it stay said continue on our trip and they would have something for us. An hour from our destination and was emailed saying we could have a full refund or I could use their parter site and find something and they would cover difference up to a point. I asked for refund and found my own place.

This is someone’s personal home not BnB

Wasn’t ready until 9pm after flying in from Hawaii. No hot water the first night until owner came and turned on. Hot tub not ready and never heated up. Smart home isn’t smart or too smart not sure. No closet or dressers for clothes. And the owner asked us if he could stay in one of the rooms and showed up during our stay to get items. This home isn’t set up for BnB

Nice house and neighborhood

Be aware the listing doesn’t include all of the bedrooms. If you have a problem, be sure to call the owner right away. He is willing to help with any issues.

Disappointed

We we showed up to check in at 2:00 the previous renters were still there. We did not get to check in till after 5:00. There were only 3 towels. Total! The lock box on the front door didn’t work so we left the place unlocked and left. The owner didn’t respond till we were at lunch on the other side of town.

Clean and roomy but lacking amenities

Pros: This home was centrally located to downtown, the airport and the Osage Casino. We were able to get everywhere we needed within a 15 minute drive. The house was nicely decorated, clean and airy. Cons: While the owner addressed the following concerns by the late afternoon of our second day, it was extremely inconvenient to arrive and discover only 1 bed out of 3 had complete bedding when we arrived around 11pm with temperatures in the low 20s. The other 2 beds had sheets only. Zero pillows for one bed, no wash cloths, paper towels. Renters should also read the details of the amenities listed. We were surprised to discover there weren’t any pots or pans to prep food and save money by cooking.
