Where country meets city! Close to all the Broken Arrow hotspots such as Rose District and Bass Pro Drive. This newly renovated single family home is sure to accommodate spaciously. Patio space featured up front and out back for a morning coffee or an evening unwind. All new appliances as well as on-site laundry. Garage converted into a multipourpose space. Large television available for streaming your favorite shows as well as comfy couches to sink into. King size bed with plenty storage in front master. Full bathroom complete with tub and walk-in shower. Two guest rooms, one with trundle bed and the other a single twin along with plenty space for storage. Kitchen features butcherblock countertops looking over the fenced in backyard. Cozy all the way around! Also, don't mind the neighbor's cats that like to say hello from time to time, they are super friendly and love kids!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect size and had comfortable beds and couch/chair. The giant smartTV was a great amenity. Perfect, quiet, location off the main streets of town made it easy to get anywhere. And the host was very easy to reach out to.

This was our 2nd stay, and like the first visit, did not disappoint. Home was exceptionally clean, cozy and kitchen had everything we needed. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our furbaby enjoyed walking the neighborhood and also liked sunning in the fenced backyard. Host is extremely attentive to our needs and communication is immediate. Highly recommend ! You won’t be disappointed.

Our first Vrbo experience was phenomenal! We can’t say enough about how wonderful our host was! The home was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All the rooms were supplied with everything we needed and more. Our host answered all communication quickly and was very generous in accommodating a random request that we had made. This Vrbo is also pet friendly which is of major importance to us as we had our family dog with us. Our move to a new state was made so less stressful and enjoyable due to tour accommodating Host! I was very happy there. It would have been nice to have the basic cable news access, like CNN, FBN, etc., but not that important; however, the Netflix was great. The provided Coffee, kitchen equipment, and water was a nice touch (I don’t think tap water was drinkable). Overall, I recommend the place.

Broken Arrow week end

Nice place to stay. Better than a hotel. However, there was no soap of any kind in the bathroom. Had to use dish soap in shower the first night, but picked some up the next day. If you like memory foam super soft bed you'll like the queen. I ended up in the twin because it was much firmer. The more important problem with the beds is that there were no top sheets. People like a layer of clean between them and a comforter used by others. We appreciated the selection of coffee you left for us. We would stay again if you got top sheets.

One and done rental

We booked this property for a week, pending closing on our home. Upon walking in, it smelled old and dirty. The bathtub, kitchen counter and toilet had mouse droppings. Kitchen window sill had dead bugs and flies. It appeared as if no one had cleaned it for some time. The bath towels had human and dog hair on them. 2/3 beds were old metal rusted beds. The bathroom doesn’t have a door. It’s a barn door with cracks and each side, so you don’t get any privacy. Hardly equipped with anything in the kitchen and what is there is extremely old. This was the first VRBO that didn’t have any board games or a check in/out letter or book from the owners. Very narrow driveway. One of the bedroom doors hardy would shut because the floor is uneven. Needless to say, we would never recommend this property to anyone. Paid 1100 for a week and checked out a day earlier.
