The apartment is located in the heart of the little fishing village “Las Playitas” about 400 m away from the famous sports complex Playitas Resort.
It is 41 sqm2 and has a terrace featuring direct and beautiful sea views. The apartment was entirely refurbished in 2017.

The very bright and comfortable apartment is situated one minute walk away from the beach and offers stunning views of the bay and the village.

Zum zweiten Mal für drei Wochen in der Wohnung: wie beim ersten Mal wieder von der Lage, der Sauberkeit und der geschmackvollen und praktischen Einrichtung begeistert. Die Kommunikation ist für unseren Geschmack vom "Zeitmanagement" verbesserungsfähig und kleineren "Gebrauchsspuren" (Kühlschrank, Abzugshaube, Schlafzimmerdecke, Mülleimer) sollte in Zukunft mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden, um den positiven Gesamteindruck beizubehalten.
