"My first hotel located in a mall - it's a convenient location because there are shops and restaurants within walking distance without leaving the A/C. The room was small but clean and well-appointed, everything worked well. The breakfast area had too long of a line, so we didn't end up eating there, and we weren't there long enough to use the pool, but both are nice amenities. I personally found the online check-in via phone app to be kind of annoying. We tried an early check-in but the room wasn't ready yet (totally fine - they have a free storage area) but when we came back, the automated system didn't recognize that we had already checked in and refused to give a room key. I also didn't get the "points" for this trip in the app, so if you plan to try and accrue points in the ASR system, make sure you are credited."

"Stayed in a Palladian Suite which was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The room gave access to the Straits Club, Liyana the manager went above and beyond to ensure the stay was fantastic. Breakfast at Town Restaurant had lots of options to choose from."

"The hotel, was Clean, had to use Elevator to get to reception which I'm not a fan of, I wasn't a fan of where it was situated, but wasn't too far to walk to a subway so that's just me and my preference, nothing against the hotel itself. It's about a 25 -30min walk to Marina Bay but would be much faster to use the subway. Rooms were nice had all you need."

"The most enjoyable stay I’ve had in awhile. Reception and the housekeeping department were exceptionally helpful and were prompt to fulfill my requests. My room was super quiet and spacious. Two things that I recommend fixing to elevate the place more. 1) Get better TVs-I did wish they have larger smart TVs that have access to steaming platforms. 2) Given the humidity of Singapore, I didn’t mind noticing some mold in my room, but I do hope they spend a bit on mold treatment to prevent deterring guests."
