Room appeared clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning the large amount of snot that a previous guest blew onto the mirror behind the faucet. Broken toilet—tricky to flush and constantly ran. Lots of cockroaches in the front parking lot. Staff were nice. Didn’t use kitchen. I would not stay in this facility ...

SpringHill Suites Tucson at The Bridges
This is the second Springhill Suites by Marriott we've stayed at (the first being in Verde Valley in July 2025). Absolutely cookie-cutter replica, and we loved it. Tons of room in the 2 bed queen + sofa bed, close to multiple restaurants, and staff was very kind.

Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa
When I booked my package the hotel in the picture showed a pool connected to my suite, I called hotel after and their was no pool connected. Hotel also had signs everywhere saying they had a gift shop they did not. The hotel (which was a suite!!!) did not have a microwave, bathtub or movie channels ...
